Students from Radio Roseland took part in the BBC News School Report again this year on Thursday 21st March 2013.  Take a look below to see how the day went.

09:00 - Students gather to start the School Report project.  The first job of the day is to start researching the news and decide on the stories we want to cover in our bulletin.

10:00 - After an initial planning meeting, students sit down to research their news stories and gather the facts.

10:45 - After all the information on the stories has been gathered, we draft up a news script and then start cutting down the stories to keep them informative but short.

12:15 - Our news anchors start to practise the script ahead of the 2pm live bulletin.

13:10 - Sam and Brendan carry out some final interviews in preparation for the live report.

13:50 - Final studio preparations take place ahead of the 2pm broadcast.

14:00 - And we're live! Our news anchors Will and Will did a fantastic job!
